The PTA is looking for members to join our board. We are currently looking to fill the Treasurer’s and Vice Presidents position. We will be voting on the new board members at our next General Membership Meeting on Thursday, March 23 at 6:30 pm.

The Donaldson Way Elementary PTA is sponsoring a Read-A-Thon in support of the library. The event begins Monday , February 13, 2017 and ends March 2, 2017 on Read Across American Day (Dr. Suess’s Birthday) The average cost of a library book is $19-$30.00. 58% of the non fiction books in the library are considered out-of-date! The book to student ratio the library is 40% less than recommended. Please help us support our library with new books.

Jog A Thon is on Friday, Oct. 7th. If you would like to volunteer, please check with your child’s teacher to see what help is needed. We are also looking for donations of water. We want to be sure that all our students will be well hydrated during Jog A Thon. Water donations can be dropped off in front of the school at the flag pole.
